Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth for our Oracle NetSuite Practice across the India region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B technology sales, preferably in ERP, SaaS, or cloud-based solutions. This role involves managing the entire sales lifecycle — from lead generation and qualification to proposal submission and deal closure — while also supporting marketing initiatives to enhance Invitra’s brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities for Oracle NetSuite ERP solutions in India.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through targeted outreach, networking, and lead follow-ups.
  • Conduct client meetings (virtual and in-person) to understand business needs and present suitable NetSuite solutions.
  • Work closely with the Pre-sales and Delivery teams to develop proposals, presentations, and demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage the closure of sales deals.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and events to generate inquiries and brand awareness.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prospects in CRM.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
  • Stay updated with Oracle NetSuite product updates, partner programs, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in ERP / SaaS / Cloud Software.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales process and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite or other ERP systems will be a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
